Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee will be applied as follow:

A minimum of 24-hour notice is kindly require to help me to reschedule your appointment with me

Less than 6 hour's notice given, 50% of the massage fee will be charged by AK
Late Arrival

May be subject to reduce your treatment time with me. If you arrive more then 15-20 minutes late for your allocated time, please whatsapp/call me in advance. I may have to cut your massage time short so as not to inconvenience my next customer

I will charge you the full massage fee, but make up the time on your next massage session with me
